Ingredients

  • 1 store-bought pie crust

For the filling

  • 3 Royal Gala apples, chopped
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Royal Gala apple juice
  • 1 tsp apple pie spice
  • A pinch of salt
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour

For the glaze

  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
  • ¼ cup milk (or plant-based milk)
  • 2 tbsp Royal Gala juice

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Roll out the pie crust and cut into 24 equal rectangles.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the apples, sugar, lemon juice, apple pie spice, apple juice, flour, and salt. Distribute the mixture onto half of the pie crust rectangles.
  4. Cover each filled rectangle with another rectangle of pie crust and seal the edges with a fork. Bake for 30-40 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.
  5. Meanwhile, mix the ingredients for the glaze and set aside.
  6. Once the pies are cooled, cover them with the glaze.
