It&#8217;s the perfect activity to add a little &#8220;je ne sais quoi&#8221; on hot summer days and impress your kids and their friends!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>How to create the refreshing station<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/staging-rougemont.lassonde.net\/en\/products\/rougemont-2\/mcintosh-apple\/plastic-pet-2l\/\">Rougemont McIntosh<\/a> apple juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Pineapple juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/allens.ca\/groupings\/fruit-cocktails\/#fruit-punch-cocktail\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Allen&#8217;s Fruit punch<\/a> cocktail<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Plenty of ice cubes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cm thick mango slices and blueberries*.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">*You can also use slices of watermelon or cantaloupe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Accessories<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>3 large Mason jars<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Highball serving glasses<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cardboard straws<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wooden skewers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Serving tray<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A large container to hold ice cubes and keep juices cool<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>For the fruit skewers (optional)<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fruit of your choice: mango, blueberry, watermelon or cantaloupe<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cutting board<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Letter-shaped cutters<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>Possible small additions<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Here are some other ideas to enhance your refreshing station:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ice cubes in different shapes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ice cubes made with Rougemont juice<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Candies<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Decorative umbrellas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-large-font-size wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><strong>How to set up the station<\/strong><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fill the large ice cube tray outside to keep the juices cool.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transfer juice to Mason jars.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cut 1 cm-thick slices (mango, watermelon or cantaloupe) and place in a serving bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Place blueberries in another small bowl.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Bring the juice, fruits and remaining accessories to your station.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><strong>A &#8220;mermaid&#8221; mocktail to impress the crowd<\/strong><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The idea behind the &#8220;mermaid&#8221; mocktail is to create a gradation of color in the glass. All you need to do is add a colorful drink to the apple and pineapple juice base, but beware of mixing colors!
